Welcome Home! We are so happy you have decided to make Berkshire Neighborhood in Murfreesboro, Tennessee your home. Since January 2007, a team of homeowners joined together to form the Berkshire Neighborhood Homeowner's Association(HOA). This team has been hard at work in conjunction with the management team.
Over the coming months we look forward to meeting you whether it be walking down the streets, at the pool, a welcome social, or a community activity.
The goal of the Berkshire HOA is create the most enjoyable, safe, and community oriented neighborhood in Rutherford County and in the Blackman Community. We are so fortunate to live in a community that appeals to all types of families.
We have created this brand new website for the Berkshire Homeowners - so you can find everything you need to know about our neighborhood and our community. Please take time to look around this site for the rules and restrictions, architectural request forms, committee information, neighborhood events, secured neighborhood forum and more.
Our management company, Timmons Properties, can be reached Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm at (615) 383-1777 ext 45 or tmuller@timmonsprop.com . Tabbetha Muller is our property manager and will be available to answer any questions regarding your account and/or neighborhood questions.
We look forward to you loving this neighborhood as much as we do. Ask how you can get involved in our community - whether it be with the Board, pool committee, landscaping/common area committee, neighborhood watch/street captain committee - we want you to ask how you can be a part of this community by volunteering.
